Re-roofing and new roofs in Sleaford

What goes into our re-roofs

On our photographed re-roof, the one on our projects page, we stripped the roof back and rebuilt it with Proctor Air breathable membrane, treated battens and anthracite interlocking tiles, finished with dry-fix ridge and hips and complete new lead work to the chimney: soakers, step flashing, apron and back gutter, plus new guttering and downpipes. Those are the materials we use, chosen to outlast the people fitting them.

On one of our full re-roofs, an independent Building Control inspector from Boston Borough Council checked the work twice and signed it off. We like that kind of scrutiny. Every roof we build is guaranteed for 25 years and covered by public liability and employer's liability insurance.
