Why we support it
A bit of every job goes to the NICU at QEH
The sticker on the van says we donate funds from every project to the QEH NICU charity, and it means what it says: something out of every job we complete, rather than a one-off somebody can point at for the next ten years.
The unit is the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn. It looks after babies born too early, or too ill to go home, from across the region.
We do not handle any of the money. It goes to the hospital's own registered charity, which pays for medical equipment, research and staff training, and for the improvements to the unit itself that sit outside what the NHS budget stretches to.
The first cheque was £250, handed over on 21 May 2026. The figure above is the total we have given so far, and it goes up as we hand more over.
