Flat roofing in Sleaford
Garage and extension flat roofs, including rubber systems, quoted free and in writing.
Flat roofs get the least attention and the hardest life. Garages, extensions and porches sit under standing water, baking sun and frost, and the old coverings only last so long before the ceiling below starts telling tales. We replace and repair flat roofs across Sleaford and the NG34 area, including rubber flat roofs.
Rubber flat roofs
Rubber suits flat roofs because it goes down in large sheets with very few joints, and joints are where flat roofs usually fail. One of the rubber roofs in our gallery has a lantern rooflight in it, which shows what a flat roof can be when it is done properly: not just dry, but a way of getting daylight into the room below. If a rooflight interests you, we can talk it through at the quote visit.
Garages and extensions
Most of the flat roofing we are asked about is the honest, everyday kind: a garage roof that has started to sag and pond, or an extension roof that drips into the corner of a kitchen. One customer had a garage flat roof replaced alongside a full roof replacement on the house, and both were priced in writing before we started. Big or small, the process is the same.

What people say
In their words, not ours
One of the problems of finding a roofer when you are an older person is the thought of being scammed, especially given the increasing numbers of rogue traders together with the high costs at stake especially if the work is poor or non existent. We trawled a lot of roofers and found varying prices and limited experience and ‘one man bands’ offering little or no guarantees for their work. We came across Fred’s newly formed EverCrest Property Care Ltd Company and were initially concerned at the limited 3 months or so that they had been trading for, albeit that Fred had been a Sole Trader for some 6 years. So we undertook a ‘due diligence’ on the company and found they had worked on a limited number of roofing projects in the start up time. However having had a number of positive conversations with Fred we decided to give his company a chance having had a very good response and price to our required specification that formed the basis of our Building Control Application through Boston Borough Council. They say you can only make a first impression once and EverCrest Property Care Ltd certainly made an excellent impression indeed, in fact the work they undertook was first class and our Building Control Inspector was equally impressed with the standard of works they carried out. Our project involved replacing a main roof on a detached property and likewise on a kitchen extension. Work commenced on a Friday with the scaffolding being erected along with the delivery of two skips. On the Monday morning around 8:30am a team of 7 arrived on site and by 10am both roofs had been stripped and the Building Inspector was called early to check out the structure prior to the roofers installing the new insulation, membrane and battening in readiness for the new soffits, guttering and tiles being installed from Tuesday onwards. By Thursday the project had been completed and the Building Inspector returned first thing Friday morning and signed off the work having been impressed with the finished work. On the basis of the above experience we would have no hesitation in recommending EverCrest Property Care Ltd as a suitable and very experienced roofing contractor and would be happy to give any references to their standard of works.
Brilliant work! Reasonable price a friendly. Recommend to anyone. Sorted out my roof after 3 companies turned me down.
Amazing roof repair everything finished to a high standard, good communication and reasonable priced would definetly recommend.

Flat Roofing in Sleaford: common questions
What does a flat roof replacement cost in Sleaford?
It hangs on the size of the roof, the covering you choose and the condition of the deck underneath, so an honest answer needs a look first. The look costs you nothing, the quote arrives in writing, and what is quoted is what you pay.
Do you fit rubber flat roofs in Sleaford?
Yes. Rubber is a big part of our flat roofing work because it goes down with very few joints and copes well with the weather a flat roof takes. One rubber roof in our gallery was fitted with a lantern rooflight, so there is room to be ambitious with it too.
Do you cover the villages outside Sleaford for flat roofs?
We do. A garage roof in one of the villages around Sleaford gets the same visit, the same photographs and the same written quote as a job in the town centre. Ring us and tell us where you are.
My garage roof leaks but the garage is old. Is it worth doing?
Usually, yes. A leaking roof rots the timbers and ruins whatever you keep in there, and a garage with a sound roof earns its keep for decades. We will look for free and give you a straight answer either way, including if it is not worth it.
