Emergency roof repairs in Sleaford

A roof leak never picks a convenient hour. If water is coming into your home in Sleaford, ring us on 01406 704369 whatever the time. The phone is answered day or night because we run around the clock for emergency leaks and storm damage. If nobody picks up we are up on a roof, so leave a message and you will get a call back.

Made safe first, repaired properly second

The first visit is about stopping things getting worse. We find where the water is getting in and make the roof safe and weathertight. Then, once the roof is dry, we photograph what we found, show you the pictures, explain what the proper repair involves and put a price in writing. One customer had an emergency leak sorted at two days' notice, with the failed tiles and felt replaced, and paid exactly what was quoted.

What counts as an emergency

• Water coming through a ceiling or running down a wall
• Tiles or slates brought down in a storm
• Ridge tiles worked loose by wind
• Lead flashing lifted or torn around a chimney
• Anything hanging off the roof that could fall on someone

If you are not sure whether it can wait until morning, ring anyway. We will tell you honestly, and if it can wait, you have lost nothing.

Sleaford weather does not knock first

Sleaford sits in open country, and when a front pushes across the fen there is little to slow the wind before it reaches your roof. The older stone and brick buildings around the town centre and the newer estates on the edges all take the same battering. We cover Sleaford and the NG34 area for emergency roof repairs at any hour, every repair carries our five or ten year guarantee, and we hold public liability and employer's liability insurance on every job. When the weather turns nasty over Sleaford, keep our number somewhere you can find it in the dark.
