We first heard about EverCrest Property Care after receiving one of their leaflets through the post, and we're so glad we gave them a call. Fred came out to inspect our roof and was brilliant from the start. He took lots of photos while carrying out the inspection and showed us exactly what the issues were. It was really clear to see why the roof needed replacing, and we appreciated how honest and straightforward he was. There was no pressure at all, just good advice and everything was explained in a way we could understand. We were really happy with the quote, so we booked the work in. From then on, the communication was excellent. We were kept updated about everything, including when the scaffolding would be going up, when the skip and materials would be arriving, and when the work would be taking place. It made the whole process really easy and stress-free. The team were always polite, friendly and hardworking. They turned up when they said they would, kept everything as tidy as possible, and were a pleasure to have around. The finished roof looks amazing and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding.

Repair to roof around chimney. From initial inspection and quote to scaffolding going up, less than a week. Work completed 3 days later including sourcing replacement tiles from a salvage yard. (As obviously they don't make my size anymore!). Very happy with process from start to finish. Ash was a credit to company and Fred a pleasure to deal with. Give them a call!
