Emergency roof repairs in Holbeach

When water starts coming through a ceiling, the last thing you want is a roofer two counties away. We are based in nearby Spalding and Holbeach is our home patch, so an urgent call here is a short trip, not a long wait on somebody's list.

Ring whenever you find the leak

Our number, 01406 704369, is answered day and night. If nobody picks up it is because we are on a roof, so leave a message and you will get a call back. We will not promise a time we cannot keep, but we will always give you an honest answer about when we can be with you.

Made safe first, then put right

The first job is always to stop the water and make the roof safe. Once the immediate problem is under control we look at the cause properly, photograph what we find so you can see it for yourself, and give you a price in writing for the lasting repair. One customer came to us with a leak that needed sorting fast, and the damaged tiles and felt were replaced within two days of the call.

What counts as an emergency

• Water coming through a ceiling or dripping into the loft
• Tiles or ridge pieces brought down in a storm
• Lead flashing lifted or torn away in high wind
• A flat roof holding water after heavy rain

Plenty of the housing around Holbeach is older brick cottage stock under clay pantiles, and one slipped pantile can let a surprising amount of water in during driven rain. On the newer estates it is more often ridge or verge damage after a storm. Either way, do not wait to see if it gets worse. It always gets worse.

No drama, no pressure

Once the roof is safe, any further work gets the same treatment as every other job we do in Holbeach: a proper look, photographs of the problem, a plain explanation, and a written quote. The price quoted is the price paid, there is no pressure and no upselling, every repair is guaranteed for five or ten years depending on the work, and we carry public liability and employer's liability insurance on every job.
