Emergency roof repairs in Market Deeping
Leaks and storm damage made safe day or night across the Deepings. Ring 01406 704369, and if we don't answer we're on a roof: leave a message and we'll ring back.
If water is coming into your house in Market Deeping, ring 01406 704369 whatever the hour. The phone is answered day and night, because a roof does not fail at a convenient time and a leak left overnight costs a great deal more by morning.
What we come out for
- Tiles or slates off, slipped or hanging
- Water through a ceiling, or tracking down an internal wall
- Flashing or lead lifted at a chimney, valley or parapet
- A blocked valley or gutter backing water up under the tiles
That last one is worth naming here, because it is the Deepings' own version of an emergency. Heavy tree cover along the Welland fills valleys and gutters with leaf litter, and a downpour onto a blocked valley pushes water sideways under the tiles and into the house. It looks exactly like a failed roof from indoors and is often a clearing job rather than a roofing one, which we will tell you rather than quote for tiles you do not need.
Safe first, then a proper repair
We stop the water and make the roof safe before anything else. Then we photograph what we found, show you, and put a written price on the permanent repair. A temporary cover that holds through the weather is a good result on the night; the real repair happens when the roof is dry enough to do it properly.
Cover does not change because it is urgent

What people say
In their words, not ours
One of the problems of finding a roofer when you are an older person is the thought of being scammed, especially given the increasing numbers of rogue traders together with the high costs at stake especially if the work is poor or non existent. We trawled a lot of roofers and found varying prices and limited experience and ‘one man bands’ offering little or no guarantees for their work. We came across Fred’s newly formed EverCrest Property Care Ltd Company and were initially concerned at the limited 3 months or so that they had been trading for, albeit that Fred had been a Sole Trader for some 6 years. So we undertook a ‘due diligence’ on the company and found they had worked on a limited number of roofing projects in the start up time. However having had a number of positive conversations with Fred we decided to give his company a chance having had a very good response and price to our required specification that formed the basis of our Building Control Application through Boston Borough Council. They say you can only make a first impression once and EverCrest Property Care Ltd certainly made an excellent impression indeed, in fact the work they undertook was first class and our Building Control Inspector was equally impressed with the standard of works they carried out. Our project involved replacing a main roof on a detached property and likewise on a kitchen extension. Work commenced on a Friday with the scaffolding being erected along with the delivery of two skips. On the Monday morning around 8:30am a team of 7 arrived on site and by 10am both roofs had been stripped and the Building Inspector was called early to check out the structure prior to the roofers installing the new insulation, membrane and battening in readiness for the new soffits, guttering and tiles being installed from Tuesday onwards. By Thursday the project had been completed and the Building Inspector returned first thing Friday morning and signed off the work having been impressed with the finished work. On the basis of the above experience we would have no hesitation in recommending EverCrest Property Care Ltd as a suitable and very experienced roofing contractor and would be happy to give any references to their standard of works.
Brilliant work! Reasonable price a friendly. Recommend to anyone. Sorted out my roof after 3 companies turned me down.
Amazing roof repair everything finished to a high standard, good communication and reasonable priced would definetly recommend.

Emergency Roof Repairs in Market Deeping: common questions
Is the emergency line really answered at night?
It is, every night. If nobody answers we are up a roof, so leave a message and you will get a call straight back.
It only leaks in heavy rain. Is that still urgent?
It is worth a call. A leak that only shows in a downpour is very often a blocked valley or gutter rather than a broken roof, and clearing it early is cheap. Left alone it soaks the timber underneath.
Do you cover Deeping St James at night as well?
Yes, the whole PE6 area across the Deepings. The Welland is not a boundary as far as we are concerned.
Will you charge more for coming out at night?
You will be told what the visit costs before we set off, and the written quote for the repair follows once we have seen the roof. There are no figures that appear afterwards.
