Flat roofing in Spalding

Flat roofs get forgotten, mostly because nobody looks at them until a stain appears on the ceiling underneath. We fit and repair garage and extension flat roofs across Spalding, including rubber flat roofs, and we would always rather see one before the water finds its way in than after.

Rubber flat roofs

Rubber is one of the coverings we fit on garages and extensions. One of the rubber roofs in our gallery was finished with a lantern rooflight, so if you are thinking about bringing daylight into the room below, ask when we visit and we will look at it as part of the same quote rather than as a separate job.

A town full of flat roofs

Spalding has street after street of interwar and postwar bungalows, and a good number of them have a flat-roofed garage or a rear extension attached. The main roof and the flat roof often reach the end of their lives around the same time, and we have replaced a garage flat roof alongside a full roof replacement for the same customer. If both need attention, we can look at both on one visit and price them together in writing.

Repair or replace, answered honestly

Not every tired flat roof needs stripping. We get up, look properly and photograph what we find, so you see the condition of the roof for yourself rather than taking our word for it. If a repair will do the job, we say so, because there is no upselling here. If it is past repair, we explain why, show you the pictures and put a price in writing. The price quoted is the price paid.

Guaranteed like everything else we do

Every flat roof we fit in Spalding is guaranteed for 10 years, and we carry public liability and employer's liability insurance on every job. Before work starts you are told when materials will arrive, so the job begins when you expect it to.
