Flat roofing in Grantham

Flat roofs tend to fail quietly: a bit of ponding water, felt that has blistered in the sun, then a damp patch in the corner of the room below. We cover Grantham for flat roofing, from single garage roofs to extensions, and we will tell you straight whether yours needs a repair or a replacement.

Rubber flat roofs

Much of our flat roof work is done in rubber, a covering that suits garages and extensions well. One rubber flat roof in our gallery was finished with a lantern rooflight to bring daylight into the room below, so if you fancy more than a plain deck, that can be part of the job. As with everything we fit, the work is guaranteed for 10 years.

Garages and extensions

Grantham's newer estates have no shortage of attached garages, and the older streets have their share of back extensions, and both usually carry a flat roof that was never meant to last forever. We work on both, and on the tired flat roofs that have already been patched with a bit of everything over the years. We replaced a garage flat roof for one customer as part of a bigger job on the same house, and it is often the sensible moment to do it: the access is there and the roof above it is already being looked after.

An honest look before any price

We do not price flat roofs from the kerb. We come out, get up and look, photograph what the covering and the deck are actually doing, and explain what we would do about it. The quote is free and in writing, the price quoted is the price paid, and nobody will talk you into a replacement if a repair will honestly do. That is how we want to be known in Grantham, the same as everywhere else we work. Public liability and employer's liability insurance stands behind every flat roof we touch.
