Great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, reliable, and completed the re-roof to a really high standard. Communication was clear throughout, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Very happy with the result and would definitely recommend!

We called Evercrest after receiving a leaflet through the door, just to ask about a few tiles that had slipped and were sitting in our guttering. We spoke to a very polite man called Fred, who said he had some lads working on another project nearby and would send them round to sort it out free of charge. We thought that was extremely kind, and within two hours of speaking to him, the guys arrived and put the tiles back where they belonged. They were friendly and helpful, and we were so grateful they took the time to come over for such a small job. You don't often come across that sort of kindness these days, and it really meant a lot to us. I was very impressed with Fred and the lads and wanted to leave this review as a thank you.

Very professional service to find and repair roofs. Prompt and keen to provide a thorough service. Good communication, prompt quote, date arranged and turned up exactly when expected, to carry out professional full repair work, leaving site clean and answering any questions I had. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother following her roof replacement by Evercrest Property Care Ltd. We dealt with Lewis and Fred and we are very happy we chose them. My mum's roof was very old and needed replacing. She had already been scammed by a previous roofer so we were understandably nervous about trusting someone else. When you are parting with a lot of money you want to feel confident about who you are giving it to. Especially when you hear so many stories online about people being let down. We received an Evercrest leaflet through the door delivered by Royal Mail and decided to get in touch. They came out and accessed the roof to carry out an inspection. Afterwards, they sat down with us to discuss their findings and explain what needed doing. From that first visit, they were polite and professional and took the time to answer our questions. They provided a quote which was not the cheapest we received but we felt the price was reasonable for the work involved. We read through their reviews and felt reassured by what other customers had said. That helped us make our decision along with how Lewis and Fred had treated us from the beginning. We felt comfortable choosing them and we have no regrets. Throughout the roof replacement we were kept up to date with what was happening and how the work was progressing. We were never left wondering what was going on. They even kept us informed about when the scaffolding would come down and when the skips would be collected. That communication made such a difference after my mum's previous experience. We are very pleased with the new roof and grateful to everyone involved. Having a team turn up and do what they said they would do has helped put my mum's mind at ease. We would not hesitate to recommend Evercrest Property Care Ltd to anyone looking to have their roof replaced.

Had Evercrest Property Care round for moss removal and a roof clean. Really pleased with how it looks now. There was a lot of moss up there and it has made a big difference. Friendly lads and they cleared up well afterwards. Would happily recommend them.
