What happens when you call us out
- We come and look at the roof, and we photograph what we find so you can see exactly what we are seeing.
- We explain what it needs in plain words, with no pressure and no upselling.
- You get a price for the lasting repair in writing, and the price quoted is the price paid.
One customer had an emergency leak repaired at two days' notice, with the damaged tiles and felt replaced. That is the standard we hold ourselves to: made safe fast, then fixed for good, with every job guaranteed for five or ten years depending on the work and public liability insurance in place throughout.
The Weston we mean
There are a lot of Westons in England, so to be clear: ours is the PE12 village just outside Spalding in south Lincolnshire, with Weston Hills part of the same patch. If that is where your roof is leaking, we can be with you quickly, because the village sits only a short run from our base.
Do not wait for it to get worse
A drip over a ceiling in Weston rarely stays a drip. Catch the water in a bucket if you can do so safely, keep everyone off the roof itself, and let us take it from there.

What people say
In their words, not ours
One of the problems of finding a roofer when you are an older person is the thought of being scammed, especially given the increasing numbers of rogue traders together with the high costs at stake especially if the work is poor or non existent. We trawled a lot of roofers and found varying prices and limited experience and ‘one man bands’ offering little or no guarantees for their work. We came across Fred’s newly formed EverCrest Property Care Ltd Company and were initially concerned at the limited 3 months or so that they had been trading for, albeit that Fred had been a Sole Trader for some 6 years. So we undertook a ‘due diligence’ on the company and found they had worked on a limited number of roofing projects in the start up time. However having had a number of positive conversations with Fred we decided to give his company a chance having had a very good response and price to our required specification that formed the basis of our Building Control Application through Boston Borough Council. They say you can only make a first impression once and EverCrest Property Care Ltd certainly made an excellent impression indeed, in fact the work they undertook was first class and our Building Control Inspector was equally impressed with the standard of works they carried out. Our project involved replacing a main roof on a detached property and likewise on a kitchen extension. Work commenced on a Friday with the scaffolding being erected along with the delivery of two skips. On the Monday morning around 8:30am a team of 7 arrived on site and by 10am both roofs had been stripped and the Building Inspector was called early to check out the structure prior to the roofers installing the new insulation, membrane and battening in readiness for the new soffits, guttering and tiles being installed from Tuesday onwards. By Thursday the project had been completed and the Building Inspector returned first thing Friday morning and signed off the work having been impressed with the finished work. On the basis of the above experience we would have no hesitation in recommending EverCrest Property Care Ltd as a suitable and very experienced roofing contractor and would be happy to give any references to their standard of works.
Brilliant work! Reasonable price a friendly. Recommend to anyone. Sorted out my roof after 3 companies turned me down.

Emergency Roof Repairs in Weston: common questions
Do you really answer the phone at night if I ring from Weston?
Yes. The business runs 24/7 for emergency roof leaks and storm damage, so ring 01406 704369 whenever the problem starts. If nobody picks up we are on a roof; leave a message and you will get a call back.
What will an emergency roof repair in Weston cost me?
We cannot put a number on a roof we have not seen, and we will not pretend otherwise. We come out, make it safe, photograph the damage so you can see it too, and give you a written price for the repair. What we quote is what you pay.
Is Weston Hills covered as well as Weston?
Yes. Weston and Weston Hills, the PE12 villages by Spalding, are both on our home patch and both get the same day or night cover.
It is only a small leak. Should I still call?
Please do. Small leaks are the ones worth catching, because water finds its way into timber and plaster long before it shows. No job is too small for a phone call.
