Flat roofing in Weston
Garage and extension flat roofs for Weston, the PE12 village by Spalding, including rubber flat roofs.
Garage and extension flat roofs have a habit of being forgotten until the ceiling underneath stains. We fit and replace flat roofs from our base in Spalding, and Weston, just up the A151 from us in south Lincolnshire, is firmly on the patch, along with Weston Hills next door.
Garages, extensions and everything in between
Most of the flat roofing we do sits over garages and extensions. One customer had us replace the main roof of the house and the garage flat roof in the same project, which meant one set of scaffolding dates, one written price and one team on site. If your flat roof is part of a bigger problem, we will look at the whole picture rather than sell you a patch.
Rubber flat roofs
We install rubber flat roofs as well as traditional coverings. One of the rubber roofs in our gallery carries a lantern rooflight, so a flat roof does not have to mean a dark room beneath it. Whatever the covering, the job is guaranteed for 10 years and we carry public liability insurance on every job.
How we price a flat roof in Weston
We come and look for free. We photograph what we find so you can see the state of the roof for yourself, explain what it needs and what it does not, and put the price in writing. You are then told when the materials will arrive. No pressure, no upselling, and the price quoted is the price paid.

What people say
In their words, not ours
One of the problems of finding a roofer when you are an older person is the thought of being scammed, especially given the increasing numbers of rogue traders together with the high costs at stake especially if the work is poor or non existent. We trawled a lot of roofers and found varying prices and limited experience and ‘one man bands’ offering little or no guarantees for their work. We came across Fred’s newly formed EverCrest Property Care Ltd Company and were initially concerned at the limited 3 months or so that they had been trading for, albeit that Fred had been a Sole Trader for some 6 years. So we undertook a ‘due diligence’ on the company and found they had worked on a limited number of roofing projects in the start up time. However having had a number of positive conversations with Fred we decided to give his company a chance having had a very good response and price to our required specification that formed the basis of our Building Control Application through Boston Borough Council. They say you can only make a first impression once and EverCrest Property Care Ltd certainly made an excellent impression indeed, in fact the work they undertook was first class and our Building Control Inspector was equally impressed with the standard of works they carried out. Our project involved replacing a main roof on a detached property and likewise on a kitchen extension. Work commenced on a Friday with the scaffolding being erected along with the delivery of two skips. On the Monday morning around 8:30am a team of 7 arrived on site and by 10am both roofs had been stripped and the Building Inspector was called early to check out the structure prior to the roofers installing the new insulation, membrane and battening in readiness for the new soffits, guttering and tiles being installed from Tuesday onwards. By Thursday the project had been completed and the Building Inspector returned first thing Friday morning and signed off the work having been impressed with the finished work. On the basis of the above experience we would have no hesitation in recommending EverCrest Property Care Ltd as a suitable and very experienced roofing contractor and would be happy to give any references to their standard of works.
Brilliant work! Reasonable price a friendly. Recommend to anyone. Sorted out my roof after 3 companies turned me down.
Amazing roof repair everything finished to a high standard, good communication and reasonable priced would definetly recommend.

Flat Roofing in Weston: common questions
How much does a flat roof replacement in Weston cost?
It depends on the size, the covering and what we find under the old one, so we do not quote blind. The visit and the written quote are free, and the figure on the paper is the figure you pay.
My garage roof is tiny. Will you still come out?
Yes. A small garage roof is a normal job for us, not a nuisance. Ring 01406 704369 or send the form and we will call you back.
Can a flat roof in Weston have a rooflight?
It can. We have fitted a rubber flat roof with a lantern rooflight, and it makes a real difference to the room below. Ask when we come to quote and we will talk it through.
Are you local to Weston near Spalding?
Yes. Our base is in Spalding and Weston is one of the closest villages to it, with Weston Hills covered too. We are not connected to any of the other Westons around England.
