Flat roofing in Fleet Hargate
Garage and extension flat roofs replaced and installed, including rubber flat roofs, with a free written quote before anything starts.
Garage roofs, extension roofs, porches: a flat roof does a quiet job until the day it fails, and then it fails all at once. We install and replace flat roofs in Fleet Hargate, including rubber flat roofs, and we will give you a straight answer on whether yours needs replacing at all.
Garages and extensions
Plenty of the modern infill around Fleet Hargate came with a flat-roofed garage or a single-storey extension, and that flat section is often the first part of the build to give up. Ponding water, cracked or blistered felt and damp patches on the ceiling below are the usual signs. One customer had us replace the main roof and the garage flat roof in the same job, which sorted the whole house in one go.
Rubber flat roofs
Where a flat roof is past saving, a rubber flat roof is one of the options we offer. One of the rubber roofs in our gallery was fitted with a lantern rooflight, so a flat roof does not have to mean a dark room underneath it. If a rooflight is on your mind, say so when we come round and we will price it in writing along with the rest of the work.
Free quotes, in writing
Ring 01406 704369 and we will call you back, come out and measure up, and photograph anything we find that you ought to know about. The quote is free, it comes in writing, and the price quoted is the price paid. Fleet Hargate is only a short run from our base, so getting us out to look is no trouble at all, and a couple of square metres of failed felt is still a roof letting water in, so do not sit on it. Every flat roof we lay is guaranteed for 10 years and covered by public liability and employer's liability insurance, the same as all our roofing work.
- 10 year guarantee
- Quotes are free and put in writing
- The price agreed is the price you pay

What people say
In their words, not ours
One of the problems of finding a roofer when you are an older person is the thought of being scammed, especially given the increasing numbers of rogue traders together with the high costs at stake especially if the work is poor or non existent. We trawled a lot of roofers and found varying prices and limited experience and ‘one man bands’ offering little or no guarantees for their work. We came across Fred’s newly formed EverCrest Property Care Ltd Company and were initially concerned at the limited 3 months or so that they had been trading for, albeit that Fred had been a Sole Trader for some 6 years. So we undertook a ‘due diligence’ on the company and found they had worked on a limited number of roofing projects in the start up time. However having had a number of positive conversations with Fred we decided to give his company a chance having had a very good response and price to our required specification that formed the basis of our Building Control Application through Boston Borough Council. They say you can only make a first impression once and EverCrest Property Care Ltd certainly made an excellent impression indeed, in fact the work they undertook was first class and our Building Control Inspector was equally impressed with the standard of works they carried out. Our project involved replacing a main roof on a detached property and likewise on a kitchen extension. Work commenced on a Friday with the scaffolding being erected along with the delivery of two skips. On the Monday morning around 8:30am a team of 7 arrived on site and by 10am both roofs had been stripped and the Building Inspector was called early to check out the structure prior to the roofers installing the new insulation, membrane and battening in readiness for the new soffits, guttering and tiles being installed from Tuesday onwards. By Thursday the project had been completed and the Building Inspector returned first thing Friday morning and signed off the work having been impressed with the finished work. On the basis of the above experience we would have no hesitation in recommending EverCrest Property Care Ltd as a suitable and very experienced roofing contractor and would be happy to give any references to their standard of works.
Brilliant work! Reasonable price a friendly. Recommend to anyone. Sorted out my roof after 3 companies turned me down.

Flat Roofing in Fleet Hargate: common questions
What does replacing a flat roof in Fleet Hargate cost?
It hangs on the size of the roof and what we find underneath, so we will not name a figure without seeing it. The visit and the quote are free, the quote is written down, and it does not change afterwards.
Is my leaking garage roof worth repairing, or does it need replacing?
Sometimes a repair is the right call, and if it is we will say so. We come out, look, and photograph what we find so you can see the state of it yourself before deciding anything.
Can you put a rooflight into a flat roof?
Yes. One of the rubber flat roofs in our gallery was finished with a lantern rooflight. Mention it when you ring and we will include it in the written quote.
